Our staff have held senior ICT roles in large Federal and State Government agencies and in commercial organisations. The Department of Defence Capability Life Cycle is the process Defence uses to link strategic direction to management of major capital assets, including ICT. Our team has extensive experience in managing programs that provide a holistic approach to capability management. This includes aligning enterprise risk management planning to ensure that the organisations risks are effectively derived from the corporate and business strategic objectives and goals.
